Scenario Instructor

The purpose of the course is to ensure the SI understands the critical importance of proper safety precautions; to ensure the SI has demonstrated competency via practice, repetition, and implementation of safety requirements; to ensure the SI has demonstrated competency in the role of ECO in training and testing scenarios, including in-scenario coaching and guidance; debriefing; evaluation; directing role players; ensuring compliance with safety standards. Pre-requisite: Training and Standards Law Enforcement Instructor
