This course is designed to prepare the student to meet the minimum requirements for structural firefighting in the State of Wisconsin as outlined in SPS 330. Upon successful completion of the course, the student will be qualified to participate in structural firefighting operations as a member of a fire department. The course is based on the job performance requirements of NFPA 1010 - Standard for Firefighter Professional Qualifications.
